This process prints enamels onto decorable surfaces, usually smooth and flat, in a palette of up to 5 or 6 colours, with guaranteed durability and brightness of the decoration

Choosing the colour suited to the product matters not only for the intended look, but also for protecting light-sensitive contents.

Bottle4 main colours are offered: industrial flint, green, havana and amber. Further variants are possible above a minimum volume

Operating procedure

Drawing up a brief covering all the customer's requirements

Preparing the industrial drawing and sending the item diagram to the design office to assess the glassmaking feasibility of the project

Producing a silicone prototype so the customer can validate the item's dimensions

Passing the specifications to the mould maker once the detailed mould study is complete

Preparing the quotation and validation of the mould cost by the customer

Proof approval order from the customer

Receiving the trial mould after the customer's proof approval, and communicating the expected tooling production dates

Running a trial section to produce glass samples for the customer's physical validation

Once the customer validates the samples and pays the mould deposit, the customer signs the final glass proof approval to launch the mould order

Once the complete mould set is received, the new project is launched with rigorous quality control across the whole production line
